Had mine two days ago and can’t stop laughing at all the people commenting “nope”

If you knew what waits on the otherside you would do much more. Tbh the surgery lasts hardly 15mins total. Yes its anxiety inducing but it’s not as bad as it seems. Your eyes are anesthised, irrigated constantly and held open with tools so no way r u going to blink. The laser follows eye movement so no you wont go blind due to burning off your eyeballs. A prick of a pin hurts more than lasik. And the freedom!!! Oh the freedom. No waiting time for 20/20 either. I could see clearly as soon as I was made to get up after surgery. Cabt believe how much Ive been missing since i dont usually wear glasses or contacts when I’m out. If you have the money this should be the first thing you do.

That’s good to hear. Had my Lasik done 4 months ago. My prescription was really high (-8). My biggest concern is I don’t want to ever return to glasses. I hope I’m lucky like your mum.

Hey! I’m getting the surgery in a few days and I was very excited buuut now that I saw negative reviews I’m more nervous and thinking of quitting
A year after your comment, do you have any side effects?
I don’t want to have dry eyes, soreness o blurry sight for the rest of my life ?

trust it can. dont take it for granted. there are worse complications than simply not being able to see, combination of vision loss, chronic dry eye and or nerve damage that causes chronic pain.

SupaEMT134 thank you for your comment so much, u made me less scared to do it, I wanna be able to run around, play sports again and not worry about losing my glasses, eyedocters have ruined my eyesight by making it worse, messing up my orders and prescriptions with other people, and giving me astigmatism prescriptions when I’m nearsided

I got this surgery done, literally, 9 hours ago. And apart from some slight inching (which is normal and will heal, and there are drops for it in the meantime), my eyes feel GREAT. It’s like I’m wearing my glasses, but not! And they say my vision is only going to improve over the next few weeks and months.

Honestly, don’t base your opinions on a YouTube video (or even this comment). I suggest you do a free consultation (if there is one around you). I did mine with TLC and the consultation was free (free plug!).

If you still don’t want to do it, that’s fine. But doing that consultation definitely answer all the questions I had. And, in the end, I decided to go for it. So far, I’m a satisfied customer!

Watched all those videos before doing the surgery on 18th of November. I was terrified during the operation and my eyes burnt like hell a couple of hours after that, but I have no regrets, my eyesight is almost perfect, as good as it can possibly be for me, while still experiencing some blurriness time to time. But yes, wouldn’t recommend watching those vids before surgery as I knew exactly what they were doing the entire time
