About our speaker;

Mr Tarun Singhal is a Consultant Colorectal and Laparoscopic Surgeon at BMI Chelsfield Park Hospital, The Sloane Hospital and Blackheath Hospital.

His NHS practice is at the Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough ( Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust).

Mr Singhal qualified in 1995 and completed his Masters in Surgery in 2001.He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons ) FRCs) of England and Edinburgh.

He has completed a Fellowship in laparoscopic colorectal surgery, peritoneal malignancy, low rectal surgery, and multivisceral resections from Basingstoke.

Mr Singhal has completed a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic and Robotic Colorectal Surgery from Portsmouth.

He has a keen interest in teaching and training and completed PGCert in managing Medical Careers (KSS Deanery and Brighton & Sussex Medical School ).

He is a faculty member of various courses including at the Royal College of Surgeons of England for Core Skills in Laparoscopic Surgery and Care of critically ill surgical patients. He regularly teaches and supervises surgical trainees on planned and emergency laparoscopic colorectal surgery and endoscopic procedures,
