I love how every time the nurse wants to check Emily’s name band, she’s like “I’m definitely Emily Fish. I am definitely having a transplant.”
The great thing about these young children is that they do not remember much about their time in hospital. They know they were sick, know they were in hospital but seem to not remember much more.
My niece had leukaemia aged three years she had two years of treatment but recalls very little of it. Occasionally a smell will remind her of some of the meds. Other than that she doesn’t recall much.
Now, she is a Paediatric Nurse and will probably specialise in oncology.
Awwww. “It makes me feel all floppay…” So cute. I hope that sweet girl stays healthy. And all the babies on here!
Julie A YEA I hope she does too and I have A.D.D.
Why do I watch this series? I can never get through an episode without crying!
The best noise in the world is the sound of children laughing, and the worst is hearing children cry.
Bless them all, their families and the WONDERFUL staff at these hospitals, from the cleaners to the radiologists, nurses, doctors, porters and cooks- they all contribute to care for all of us xxxx.
