Katie was a fighter for sure. May she RIP. Also, according to what I heard, her father passed away in a motorcycle accident. May he RIP as well and may our hearts, prayers and condolences go out to the rest of the family. It was amazing to see that sisterly love between Katie and Ginny. So heartwarming. ❤️❤️

Kate Ancrum, she passed away in her home surrounded by family members just a few years after her dad died in a motorbike incident. Her mother said that she never gave up the fight, it was her body that gave up in the end but not her mind.

Berit Fies Just because you’re having a different tough time doesn’t diminish your suffering. I feel terrible at present as well and my own stressors seem insignificant compared to what Katie and her family have gone through, but life is a real struggle each day for me, regardless.
      Hope you’re feeling better x

Katie died in 2016 in her home surrounded by her mum and sisters and her dog, she was 22. Her dad passed away in 2013 due to a motorcycle accident.

One of my friends got leukemia when they were a baby and had if for years. Up until she was 3 she had it. She made a super long string with tons of beads to mark her birthdays, holidays, and times she figured out good news. I am so proud of her even though we don’t hang out that much. She inspires me and encourages me to stay strong! One like equals one word of encouragement!
